Stands on hill overlooking thatched cottages and the village green.  Dating from the 14th century and largely of Decorated period.  Elegant slim tower of 14th century origin with upper storey added in the 15th century.  Distinctive south porch.  Windows give church much character.  Norman font.  Unusual elaborate carvings on pulpit by 16th century continental wood-carver.
